Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition you received it, new and unused*, in the same packaging (includes shoes in the original undamaged box, that cannot be used as external packaging when posting back)  (includes shoes in the original undamaged box, that cannot be used as external packaging when posting back) You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To return an item for a refund, please follow these instructions:

1. Post the item back to us to our store address marked on the delivery note. The item/s need to be returned to us within the 14 day window of receipt. Items received after the14-days will not be refunded. We recommend you return your item(s) using a secure & trackable method i.e. Recorded/Special Delivery and that you retain your proof of postage.

2. Use appropriate packaging. Ideally, return the item(s) in the packaging originally provided to ensure they arrive back in perfect condition. All goods must be sent in the same condition they were shipped.

3. Include the delivery note / invoice for your purchase inside the parcel.

4. Once we have received your return, we will send you an email confirming safe receipt and that your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 28 days for processing. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Returns in store: You are able to return online orders directly to us in store.

Collect in store: When collecting your order in store these items must not be tried on in the shop. Items should be taken home to try and returned to store for a refund or exchange if necessary.

Late Returns: You have 14 days from when you receive your parcel to return your items back to us. If the goods are returned outside of this timeframe then the goods will not be accepted and returned to the customer.

* “New and unused” means items show no signs of wear, marks, or tag removal and are in a re-saleable condition. Returns will not be accepted for non-faulty goods that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings, underwear, swimwear, gift cards, or sale items. All returns from online orders must be sent to our store at the sender’s expense. Domino Style cannot be held liable for items lost or delayed in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To exchange, please email sales@dominostyle.co.uk or call us. We will then place the item on hold and confirm stock availability. Exchanges can only be made for the same product in a different size or colour.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
