Delivery & Returns
Returns can be made in-store; however, all monetary transactions for online orders are processed through our online system. This means that no cash or card refunds will be issued at the in-store till point. Instead, refunds will always be credited back to the original online payment method.
Exchanges can also be arranged in-store. Please note, the original purchase amount will first be refunded via our online system to your original payment method. The alternative item(s) must then be purchased in full at the in-store till point.
Delivery & Payment Terms and Conditions
To qualify for Next Day delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm GMT to allow for same-day dispatch. Please note that weekends and UK public holidays are not classed as working days. Any orders placed on a Friday will therefore be dispatched on the following Monday.
Deliveries within the UK are made between 9 am and 6 pm GMT. We are able to deliver to any address where a signature can be provided. Once an order has been signed for—whether by you or another person—the delivery is considered complete and responsibility for the goods passes to you.
We aim to pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. During busier periods, this process may take slightly longer. Please be aware that we do not ship on UK bank holidays; any orders placed during these times will be processed on the next available working day.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide delivery. Please be aware that overseas shipments may be delayed due to customs procedures in the destination country. Any additional charges such as import duties, taxes, tariffs or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, so please check your local regulations for guidance.
On occasion, international parcels may be held by customs, which is unfortunately beyond our control. This can sometimes result in delivery taking longer than expected.
In line with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order. However, for ease, you may return or exchange any items within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us in advance.
Returns and Exchanges
All returned goods must be in their original condition, with tags still attached and in the packaging they were supplied in. For footwear, this includes the undamaged shoe box, which must not be used as the external packaging when posting items back.
If you would like to make an exchange, please email us at sales@dominostyle.co.uk or call us so that we can reserve the item and confirm stock availability. Exchanges can only be made for the same product in a different size or colour.
For returns, please follow these steps:
- Select your preferred return method. We recommend a secure, trackable option such as Recorded or Special Delivery, and advise you to retain proof of postage.
- Send the item(s) back in the packaging provided to ensure they reach us in perfect condition.
- Include a copy of your delivery note/ purchase invoice inside the parcel.
4) Await our email to confirm safe receipt of your returned item(s). Please note, until we receive your return, the item(s) and their condition remain your responsibility. Please note returns can take up to 28 days to be processed. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
Returns in store: You are able to return online orders directly to us in store.
Collect in store: When collecting your order in store these items must not be tried on in the shop. Items should be taken home to try and returned to store for a refund or exchange if necessary.
Late Returns: You have 14 days from when you receive your parcel to return your items back to us. If the goods are returned outside of this timeframe then the goods will not be accepted and returned to the customer.
Acceptance of order
After you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming the details. Please note that this email is a confirmation of receipt only and does not represent acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right not to accept an order under certain circumstances. These may include situations where payment authorisation cannot be obtained, shipping restrictions apply to the item, the product is out of stock or does not pass our quality control checks, or if you do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Terms of Service.
In addition, we may decline to process any transaction or refuse service at our sole discretion, for any reason. We accept no liability to you or any third party in relation to withdrawing products from the website (whether sold or unsold), removing, screening, or editing content, declining a transaction, or cancelling or suspending an order once processing has begun.
